Welcome to Blinkit. By accessing or using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.
1. Delivery and Serviceability:
- Deliveries are only made to serviceable pincodes.
- We aim to deliver orders within the estimated time frame, but delivery times are not guaranteed due to traffic or weather conditions.
2. Payments:
- We accept online payments (credit/debit cards, UPI, wallets) and COD (where applicable).
- All pricing is inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
3. Refunds and Returns:
- Fresh items (fruits, vegetables, dairy) can be returned at the time of delivery if they do not meet quality standards.
- Refunds are processed to your original payment method or wallet balance.
